You may simplify running your major scales for all 12 keys by flattening your 7 th note.
* make sure you know the circle of 4s (keys)
* know aformular of major scale ,W-W-H-W-W-W-H
* Now form amajor scale eg in key C
* Chord 4 for C is F so to play F major scale just run C major scale and flatten just 7 th note B to Bb , the result is F major scale
* the 4Th Chord of F is Bb to play Bb major scale , play F major scale and flatten its 7th note E to Eb this becomes anew major scale of Bb
* The 4th chord of Bb is Eb to play Eb major scale, play the major scale of Bb and just flatten its 7th note A to Ab this becomes anew scale of Eb
NB:Continue for other keys using the same format till u reach G play its major scale flatten its 7th note F# to F#b ( F) this becomes again you C major scale.
*u can as well use trick to modulate to that 4th key, play some notes from the fifith note of the reference key to first note of the next key ( with yo flattened 7th note)
